Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of your order at can be done in 2 ways. You can either pick it up at your door or from our stores in Volos. If you choose to pick up from the store, then you are not charged with shipping costs regardless of the cost of your order. Orders are executed only if no payment is pending (cash on delivery is excluded).


Shipping brings the order to your door in cooperation with courier companies, without being charged for shipping, if your order exceeds €49.

  • For orders under 49 € the charge will be 3 €.
  • In case you choose payment method by cash on delivery, the charge will be 2 € extra for orders up to 49 €
  • For orders over € 49 there is no extra cash on delivery charge.

Delivery times for orders range from 9 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon. In case you can not pick up during this period, you have the option to pick up from the courier store with the help of the shipping code that we send you via sms and e-mail. The products ordered by the customer will be delivered to the address he has filled in in the field “Shipping Address” when placing his order, while the courier company may contact him by phone regarding the delivery. Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.

If we encounter a problem in processing your order (such as a lack of a product from the manufacturer), one of our representatives will call you on the contact phone number you have provided, in order to find a solution for the best possible service.

All orders start to be processed by us the next business day (Weekends are not considered business days). In case the products you have chosen are not immediately available, your order will be sent by us exactly on the day we collect the products.

The availability of each product is listed on our website and concerns shipments within Greece with a courier company. Final delivery time may vary in some inaccessible areas / islands or during periods of emergency or heavy workload of courier companies. Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery times.

If, for any particular reason, you request your order earlier, you can call us to see how we can modify it so that you have it as soon as possible. We will make every effort to serve you.

For orders containing products marked with Shipping

Orders with products bearing the special indication “Shipping by Transportation”, are sent through the Transportation Company and are delivered on the sidewalk, if you are within an urban center. The charge of the products with the relevant indication is calculated based on volume and is either FREE or € 9. For the execution of the specific orders, payment is required either by bank deposit or by the use of credit or debit card, while for these orders the indicated delivery times do not apply.

Collection from the store

If you wish, you can pick it up from our stores in Volos (187 Demitriados).

To send your order there, simply choose pick-up from the store you want at the check-out stage in case you place your order online or ask us if you place your order by phone.


Once your order arrives at the store you have chosen you will be informed by sms and e-mail to know when you can pick it up. Orders can be held on hold for up to 5 days after you are notified that they have arrived at the store.

In our stores you can also see up close a large part of our collection in sheets, throws, towels, tablecloths, seasonal items (duvets, blanket, duvet covers, etc.) and other linen and decoration items.

Payment for your purchases in stores can be made in cash or by using a debit and credit card.

Payment methods

At you can pay for your order safely in the following ways:

Cash on delivery

The products come to your address by courier and you pay the price at the time of receipt. Excludes orders that contain products of large volume / weight and orders with a value greater than € 200.

  1. Payment by credit or debit card

In order to complete your purchase by paying by debit or credit card, go to the secure website, where you enter your card details. The card details are not sent back to Finally, your transaction and personal information are secured by Eurobank.

* Note that in case you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail (even look at the spam) you should contact us as there is a possibility that your order has not been registered in our system.

  1. Receipt and payment of the amount in the store

To pick up and pay the amount at the store, simply select collection from the store in the shipping method. When your order is completed we will send you an sms on your mobile phone so that you know that your order is in the store and you can go to pick it up. If you do not receive the relevant sms on your mobile, it means that your order has not yet been transferred to our store. (Orders remain in stores for collection up to 5 days after informing the customer)

All transactions in our online store are protected by online security systems (SSL-128 bit).



The customer has the right to return or change the product in case:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product has been shipped by the company
  • The product does not satisfy him


A prerequisite for the change to take place is that the product is in the same condition in which you received it. This means that the product must:

  • Not washed
  • Not to have been used in any way
  • Have all its labels and
  • Its packaging has not been damaged


It is also necessary to have the proof of purchase in your possession.

n case you wish to change or return a product you must inform us of your wish within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product via e-mail at The order number must be mentioned in the e-mail. In case you inform us after the end of 14 days from the date of receipt the changes / returns will not be accepted.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Return costs are borne entirely by the customer. In no case will the receipt of change / return of product with cash on delivery to the company be accepted.

After receiving the product, the company must check it within 3 working days and decide positively or negatively for the change / return of the product. In any case, the customer will be informed about the progress of the change / return via e-mail.

In case of change if the company decides positively for the change of the product the company is charged the shipping costs of the change to the customer. In case of a negative decision, the product will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

In case of refund the refund amount will be deposited in your account within 14 working days.


If you register a Eurobank account with us, there will be no additional bank charges. Otherwise, if you declare us an account of another bank, there will be the corresponding expenses that you will be charged by your bank.

The sending of your personal IBAN number / account is sent to us via e-mail accompanied by the order code number and the complete details of the beneficiary.

Alternatively you can return the product to our store.




The pillows are not returned / changed for hygiene reasons.

Returns / changes will not be accepted on products purchased at a discount or offer.
